Seth Rollins is the latest WWE Superstar to join the nWo Marvel Cinematic Universe.
This week on WWE RAW, Seth Rollins was involved in a backstage sitdown interview with Corey Graves that will continue into next week’s broadcast. Many people found it strange that Rollins wasn’t featured in front of the crowd this close to Night of Champions, but there’s a good reason for it.
Rollins is currently in Atlanta filming for Marvel Studio’s new movie Captain America: New World Order.
While it’s not currently confirmed who Seth Rollins is playing, Lizzie Hill of The Cosmic Circus believes the WWE Superstar is playing either Cobra or Constrictor of The Serpent Society.
This is the first Captain America movie from Marvel not to feature Chris Evans as Captain America. Instead, it will feature Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson.
Mackie also recently filmed the Twisted Metal series with All Elite Wrestling’s Samoa Joe.
Marvel Studios’ Captain America: New World Order is scheduled to be released on May 3, 2024.
