AEW Dynamite viewership saw a slight decrease on March 15, which featured a three-way match for the Trios Championship between The House of Black, The Elite, and the Jericho Appreciation Society.
According to Showbuzz Daily, 852,000 viewers watched the show on Wednesday night, and it drew a 0.27 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership was slightly down from the March 8 episode, when 858,000 viewers tuned in. The demo also dropped from last week‘s episode, which drew a 0.29 rating in the same demographic.
With the decrease in viewership, Dynamite dropped to eleventh place in the demographic among cable originals overall Wednesday night. On cable, AEW Dynamite was mainly defeated by ESPN’s coverage of NBA basketball, TRU TV’s coverage of NCAA basketball, and Vanderpump Rules on Bravo, according to Showbuzz Daily.
This week’s show kicked off with MJF’s Re-Bar Mitzvah, which was interrupted by Jungle Boy, Sammy Guevara, and Darby Allin. The main event of the show saw The House of Black defeat The Jericho Appreciation Society and The Elite to retain the AEW Trios Championships.
