If you’re hoping to see X-Pac appear as a surprise in the 2023 Men’s Royal Rumble match, you might be disappointed.
The WWE Hall of Famer appeared on RAW is XXX on Monday night alongside fellow D-Generation X members Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and Road Dogg in a segment that involved Imperium and Kurt Angle.
Seeing X-Pac on WWE programming this week got fans excited at the possibility of him being a surprise participant in this Saturday’s Royal Rumble match. Waltman caught wind of the speculation on social media and decided to try and temper these expectations, tweeting out:
“For the last 8 months, I’ve been enjoying life & eating whatever the f— I want. In other words, there’s no chance of me being in the Rumble. But I really appreciate those of you who have expressed their desire to see me appear. *Praying hands emoji*,” Sean Waltman posted.
While the D-Generation X member won’t be involved on Saturday, there are still plenty of opportunities for surprises at this weekend’s premium live event.
