The Firefly Fun House is back.
LA Knight defeated Ren Jones, a local competitor, on the January 20 episode of WWE SmackDown. After the bell, the unmistakable “Firefly Fun House” theme song played. Ramblin’ Rabbit, Mercy the Buzzard, and Sister Abigail all appeared, and Bray Wyatt was hammering the door, clearly doing some work on the facility which had been seemingly abandoned. Wyatt expressed his excitement and teased having fun with his friends. When Ramblin’ Rabbit expressed his concern about the Pitch Black Match due to his fear of the dark, Wyatt told him that he should be afraid because things that want to eat you are lurking in the dark.
Uncle Howdy cut into the broadcast and stated that Wyatt just needed a little push. Wyatt turned his attention back to Knight and warned that he opened the door, and now whatever comes through the other side is Knight’s problem, as he’ll see at Royal Rumble.

Prior to Friday’s episode, Wyatt hadn’t hosted an episode of Firefly Fun House since April 2021. He then missed several months of TV before he was released on July 31, 2021. The Fun House and Wyatt’s friends have been referenced since Wyatt returned to WWE at Extreme Rules; live-action versions even appeared at the show. but SmackDown marked their official return.
