El Hijo del Vikingo has been sidelined with an injury.
In a post on Instagram on November 1, Vikingo revealed that he suffered a dislocated elbow, and he will be out of action for about three weeks.
The post is as follows:
Yesterday at the function in Tlaxcala I suffered a dislocated left elbow, for which I will be out for about 3 weeks, thanks to all my colleagues who supported me, my family, my girlfriend, and my brother @octagonjraaa for staying until the end.

Vikingo currently holds the AAA Mega Champion. He has been advertised for AAA Lucha Libre’s event in Tempe, Arizona on December 3 from . He has also secured his work visa, so he will be “available for select dates globally” following that show.
