Willie Mack is coming to MLW.
Former NWA and IMPACT Wrestling star Willie Mack will make his Major League Wrestling debut at MLW Super Series in Norcross, Georgia, on September 18.
Willie Mack was announced for the show via Major League Wrestling on social media this afternoon.
“New Season. New Arrivals. @Willie_Mack rolls up to ATL 9•18,” Major League Wrestling wrote in a tweet.
The following matches are currently announced for the MLW Super Series event on September 18:
MLW World Heavyweight Championship
Alex Hammerstone defends against Bandido
MLW World Middleweight Championship
Myron Reed defends against Shun Skywalker
MLW National Openweight Championship
Davey Richards defends against SB KENTo
Mixed Trios Match
Laredo Kid, Kommander, and Microman take on Mini Abismo Negro, Gino Medina, and Black Taurus
Also scheduled to appear:
- Women’s World Featherweight Champion Taya Valkyrie
- Alex Kane and the BOMAYE Fight Club
- Samoan SWAT Team
- Mance Warner
Major League Wrestling states that more matches will be announced in the days ahead.
Mack had been with IMPACT Wrestling since 2018 and he is a former X Division Champion. Mack announced his departure from the company in May, and he’s continued to work for other companies since then, including AAA Lucha Libre, New Japan Strong and FSW Vegas.
Update: MLW has since confirmed that Mack will face off with Jacob Fatu in a Street Fight at the event.
