Citi Field is guaranteed to see at least one world champion this year, as Bianca Belair will take part in WWE Night on July 22.
The New York Mets took to social media this afternoon to announce that RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair will appear this Friday night, July 22, for WWE Night at Citi Field.
“JUST ANNOUNCED! @WWE RAW Women’s Champion @BiancaBelairWWE will be at @CitiField for WWE Night this Friday! Secure your exclusive VIP package that includes a meet & greet,” The New York Mets said in a tweet.
Ticket prices for WWE Night range from $40 to $175. Fans who purchase tickets will receive a limited edition WWE fanny pack. The VIP tickets for $175 will secure you a meet and greet with the EST of WWE.
Belair still doesn’t have an official opponent announced for WWE SummerSlam on July 30.
The Mets are currently sitting in first place, but the team has not won a world championship since 1986. The club’s last World Series appearance came in 2015 when they lost to the Kansas City Royals in five games.
