WWE SmackDown viewership dipped on July 1, the day before WWE Money in the Bank.
According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, 2.142 million viewers watched SmackDown, and the show drew a 0.49 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. These numbers are down from last week, when 2.231 million viewers watched the show on Friday, and it drew a 0.53 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. Citing Showbuzz Daily, Thurston noted that SmackDown ranked #2 in the demographic on Friday.
Smackdown ranked #2 on television overall on the day in P18-49.

This week’s episode was the go-home show ahead of WWE Money in the Bank. It featured a Good Old Fashioned Battle Royale and a four-way qualifying match for the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Plus, Asuka, Liv Morgan, and Alexa Blissed faced Raquel Rodriguez, Lacey Evans, and Shotzi.
