Davey Richards is set to take on MMA legend Josh Barnett for the first time ever later this month.
The marquee match will headline Ante Up 2: A Wrestling Experience in Los Angeles on June 17. Wrestler Jamie Iovine is promoting the event, which will stream live on FITE. Seven matches have been announced so far.

Josh Barnett doesn’t compete often in the ring these days, but is active in promoting his Bloodsport pay-per-views in association with Game Changer Wrestling. He currently holds two victories in NJPW Strong this year.
As for his opponent, Richards is quite active on the independent scene and has recently been featured in MLW, Glory Pro, TERMINUS, and Warrior Wrestling.
