WWE Champion Brock Lesnar sent a message to Roman Reigns at the end of the January 3 episode of WWE RAW.
After Lesnar watched Bobby Lashley earn a shot at his title, Kevin Patrick asked “The Beast Incarnate” for his thoughts on the matter. Rather than acknowledging Lashley’s win, Lesnar simply told Patrick to tell Reigns that he’ll see him Friday on WWE SmackDown.

Lesnar’s tease for SmackDown was particularly meaningful, given the fact that Reigns tested positive for COVID-19 ahead of WWE Day 1 on January 1. As a result, Reigns was pulled from the card; he was scheduled to defend his WWE Universal Championship against Lesnar. Due to Reigns’ absence, “The Beast Incarnate” was inserted into the WWE Championship Match, and he subsequently won the title.
Based on his comments, it seems like he’s expecting to see Reigns back in attendance on Friday night. Time will tell whether that happens.
