Sometimes in WWE there’s a method to the madness.
According to PWInsider, the reason Monday Night RAW star Keith Lee has been working dark matches as of late is for Lee to ‘refine’ his in-ring skills.
Per the report, another reason for the dark match involvement is for the company to determine what works best for Lee when it comes to booking him going forward.
Lee recently returned to WWE programming after an extended time off due to testing positive for COVID-19 among other health-related issues, according to the man himself.
Lee last appeared August 2 edition of Monday Night RAW where he defeated current NXT Champion Karrion Kross.
