New Japan Pro-Wrestling continued their Summer Struggle tour on Monday. Night 2 of the tour saw Los Ingobernables fall to Bullet Club in the main event, with SANADA finally getting to face down his former tag team partner EVIL. But it was the Jr. Heavyweights that stole the main event.
Taiji Ishimori submitted Hiromu Takahashi, putting Bone Soldier in contention for Takahashi’s IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship. Plus Tanahashi & Ibushi continue their feud with Zack Sabre Jr. & Taichi, and Yujiro Takahashi continues to push Kazuchika Okada’s buttons.
