Before WWE RAW, the company taped the latest episode of WWE Main Event. It featured a singles match between Shelton Benjamin and No Way Jose, and a tag team match between Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins and Eric Young & Erick Rowan.
In the opening contest, Shelton Benjamin managed to defeat No Way Jose to continue his winning streak. Meanwhile, Zack Ryder & Hawkins defeated Young & Rowan.
