WWE Clash of Champions 2019 is approaching close and it’s going to be a very important PPV for WWE. The first PPV post-SummerSlam, WWE is going to have to step up their game and prove their consistency with the bigger shows. If you discount WWE Super ShowDown, then every single PPV since WrestleMania has been solid as a whole, even WWE Stomping Grounds – a PPV that had little to no expectations heading in.
This time around, the scenario is a little different. WWE has clearly been pushing for something different – a new direction, new faces and more. As the company closes in on the FOX deal this coming October, they’re going to have to move in a direction that will organically conclude the use of the Wild Card rule.
In order to do that, they’re going to need to wrap up some rivalries. As for the individual superstars, there are a few in particular who need to win more than others. Here are the five main ones.
