Although AEW has already announced that Riho vs. Hikaru Shida is slated for the All Out PPV, Dave Meltzer noted in the Daily Update on F4Wonline.com that a stipulation will be added to it.
The winner of this match will be facing the winner of the Casino Battle Royale on Oct. 2 in Washington, DC, to crown the first AEW Women’s Champion.
The All Out pay-per-view event takes place on Saturday, August 31st at the Sears Centre in Chicago, IL and will air on traditional pay-per-view. Here is the updated card:
