While we already knew that KUSHIDA would be making his to the WWE at some point, the company has now made everything truly officially, announcing that he, Shane Strickland, and Humberto Garza have officially reported for training at the WWE Performance Center.
After making a brief appearance at NXT, KUSHIDA seems ready to get to work training to become the next big superstar. Strickland, a breakout star out of the independent scene, comes to the performance center with dreams of making it big, and has claimed the EVOLVE, Combat Zone Wrestling, and Major League Wrestling championships in his past.
Finally, Garza comes to the Performance Center with a ton of heritage behind him. A representative for one of “Mexico’s most famous wrestling dynasties,” Garza is the grandson of luchador El Ninja, the nephew of former WCW superstar Hector Garza, and the cousin of NXT and 205 Live superstar Humberto Carrillo. While he does have some big shoes to fill, Garza’s pedigree and family history show that he’ll have what it takes.
