After the events during their tag match that ended in miscommunication, Charlotte Flair and Asuka will face each other next week from Las Vegas. This will be the rematch from their critically-lauded WrestleMania 34 encounter, where Flair retained the SmackDown Women’s Championship and snapped Asuka’s two-year-long undefeated streak.
The match was announced after Charlotte and Asuka traded kicks with each other in the middle of their tag match against Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose. Before the tag match, Flair and Asuka confronted each other, with Charlotte ensuring that she will break Asuka for good in the Triple Threat TLC match alongside Becky Lynch.
Also on SmackDown next week, it’s round two on the mic as The New Day, The Usos, and The Bar will compete in a rap battle.
