SmackDown Live Review
Tonight’s episode of SmackDown Live was a jam packed one full of interesting events. To help you digest the episode, check out our five takeaways from the latest episode that showcased the blue brand in our SmackDown Live review for the November 27, 2018 episode.
I’m Glad Becky And Charlotte Aren’t Magically Friends

Becky Lynch choosing her then rival Charlotte Flair as her Survivor Series replacement didn’t make a ton of sense at the time, and I’m glad that they’re back to not liking each other. The two have amazing chemistry, and their dueling promos to open SmackDown was a great segment. I’m excited to see what the two do at TLC.
Bye, Big Show
No security backup, no problem? @WWECesaro & @WWESheamus are heading to the ring WITHOUT @WWETheBigShow tonight! #SDLive pic.twitter.com/baWP9mEUDu

I’m absolutely shocked that The Bar and Big Show broke up. It’s so out of character for Big Show to turn on his partners! Jokes aside, I’m really not sure why he ever joined The Bar. They were only together for a few weeks before breaking up, and it’s not like he played a huge role in their matches. It remains to be seen if he tries to go for The Bar’s titles with a new partner, or even tries to cost them a match, but right now it looks like fans should’ve never became invested in the trio.
Spot The Lie
Celebrating 20 years of @JEFFHARDYBRAND?@SamoaJoe thinks it's a JOKE. #SDLive pic.twitter.com/2VKLYf5XCM

Yes, Samoa Joe is acting like a jerk and ruined the celebration, but did he really lie? Joe’s promo about Jeff Hardy letting the fans down and being too high to remember some of his greatest moments was filled with some truth to it. It was a great moment of a heel having real motivations, and not being completely delusional. It got me invested in their feud, and I look forward to seeing them face off soon.
Nakamura Is A Bit Of A Dick, Eh?

So far, the US Championship run of Shinsuke Nakamura has been a bit underwhelming. However, they’re on the track with a feud with Rusev. While the match didn’t happen tonight due to Shinsuke assaulting Rusev before the contest could begin, I’m looking forward to seeing both of them go at it soon. A match at TLC would be great, and I believe they could deliver a really entertaining bout if given the time.
Asuka Added To TLC Title Bout
We know @MsCharlotteWWE and @BeckyLynchWWE will be part of the first-ever Women's #TLCMatch at #WWETLC…but WHO will join them?! pic.twitter.com/coiFV3NaHI

Adding Asuka to the mix at TLC is a great decision, and it might actually be her time as champion if WWE really wants to do Becky Lynch vs. Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania 35. To make that match happen, they’ll probably have Lynch win the Royal Rumble, and losing her belt without being pinned is the best way to ensure that both competitors are as hot as possible going into it. Either way, the triple threat at TLC should be a fantastic match.
